TheOneDogmaster 1 miesiąc temu funny thing just happened. i sort of was thinkin about them old nuclear-apocalpse movies from the 80´s (because todays future movies are always full of mega company mass murder earth hyper tech themes - lame after a while) so i thought of madmax...googled - "just for fun" - the words: madmax 2012. and guess what ? yes this... all news about a madmax 4 movie....hmm. kind of being hard to do that old 80´s stuff in modern action style...we´ll see. but what about mel ? he has to return.
vigo894 1 miesiąc temu @natedonabed You're right about those directors getting fruity. Especially Spielberg. First, he ruins E.T. with CGI, then he makes an ass out of himself in Austin Powers Goldmember. We all know you can't dance Steve. And then, War of The Worlds.

natedonabed 1 miesiąc temu These 3 movies and AC/DC are the only noteworthy things to come out of Australia. Ever. I trust George Miller. I just hope a big bloated budget and old age doesn't castrate his product. Unfortunately most of these guys from the 70s and 80s who told real visceral original stories (lucas, spielberg, coppola, carpenter, stone, cameron) get pretty fruity in their old age. They have kids and get fat and aren't hungry anymore. GOD DAMN i have such hopes for Mad Max. I'm sure it'll suck though.
